We started in 2005 with one crew and a pickup truck. Today, Affiliated Construction is one of the masonry subs general contractors call first — because we show up, we finish, and we own our work.
Our story
Twenty years of laying it straight.
Affiliated Construction LLC was founded in Waipahu, Oahu in 2005 by Francis Pascual, a mason with more than two decades in the trade before he ever started the company. The bet was simple: hire the right people, do the work the right way, and the next job takes care of itself.
Two decades later, we’re a multi-million-dollar masonry and plastering subcontractor serving every island. We staff up to hit the GC’s critical path, we self-perform almost everything we bid, and we close out punchlist before we invoice retention.
The work we’re proudest of isn’t flashy — it’s the inspection packages that close on the first walk, and the GCs who keep sending us bid packages year after year.
