What trade classifications do you hold?

We carry C-31 Masonry, C-36 Plastering, BC General Building, and C-1 Acoustical & Insulation. That coverage lets us own the full masonry and plaster scope on most commercial projects without bringing in extra subs.

Which Hawaiian islands do you work on?

We’re based in Waipahu and we work all the islands — Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Hawai‘i Island, Molokai, and Lanai. Inter-island logistics are part of every bid.

How do I get a bid?

Do you carry insurance and bonding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We carry general liability, workers’ comp, and auto, and we’re bondable through our surety for projects that require performance and payment bonds.

How long has Affiliated Construction been in business?

We were founded in 2005 and have been delivering masonry work across Hawaii ever since. Our managing member, Francis Pascual, has more than 20 years in the trade.

Are you a member of any industry associations?

We’ve been members of the General Contractors Association of Hawaii for years, and we joined the Mason Contractors Association of America in 2023 to stay aligned with national standards of practice.

Do you take on residential work?

We focus primarily on commercial and infrastructure scopes, but we take on select residential projects — especially custom homes with significant stone or block work.

What does a typical project timeline look like?

Most of our scopes run 4–16 weeks of on-site work depending on size. We staff up to hit the GC’s critical path and we don’t leave until punchlist is closed.
